Our neighbors, Plantation Walk, have advised that the current construction will result in a closing of the entrance off of University Drive at Park Center Lane (aka NW 3rd Street). This will affect the residents of the Village Townhouses-Jacaranda insofar as they will not be able to exit the development at Park Center Lane (aka NW 3rd Street).
Please be advised, the road closure begins on Monday, December 2nd for up to 90 days while work is in progress.
Traffic will need to enter and exit via the North end of the access road at St. Tropez Apartments.
