Second Notice Annual Meeting
To All Unit Owner(s);
Second Notice of annual meeting of The Village Townhouses-Jacaranda, Inc, is hereby given. An election to fill four (4) vacancies on the board of directors caused by expiration of the terms of office (noted with * below) will not be required as there were only three candidates for the three positions which are expiring. The annual meeting is scheduled to occur as follows:

The purpose of the meeting is to hold the annual meeting of the Association, to seat the board members to the Association’s Board of Directors pursuant to Section 718.112, Florida Statutes. The By-Laws state that on odd numbered years, three {3} directors shall be elected for a two-year term. In addition, every year two {2} alternate Directors shall be elected for a term of one {1} year. Below is a list of the current Board members and their terms.
