Dear Residents,
As indicated in the October 2018 special assessment meeting notice, the special assessment allowed an option to be paid up front or via amortization schedule. For those of you who chose the amortization option, our loan terms allow re-amortization twice per year. The next option to pay off the special assessment will be March 2021. You will still need to make your regular March 1st payment and then need to submit the remaining balance by March 15, 2021.
Please email lisa@bespokemgmt.com if you would like more information on payoff amounts to pay off the special assessment for your unit. The information will also be accessible via the portal log in.
