Part 1 – Exterior.
Work should be completed – Saturday, September 11, 2021.
Part 2 – Flat Roofs. Commencement date Monday, September 13, 2021, the flat TPO roofs of your building will be pressure cleaned. They will also apply an anti-fungal and anti-algaecide to protect the TPO. Sloped shingle roofs will be surveyed and those requiring cleaning will be clean with a low-pressure wash. While the gutters should funnel the majority of the water to the downspouts, as a precaution plants and personal belongings should be moved or protected by 8:00 am from all areas that may receive overspray from the pressure cleaning process.
Please be advised, you may be requested to move your cars to allow easy access for equipment, ladders and hoses.
