You previously received letters on October 3, 2021 and October 21, 2021 listing what was necessary for unit owners to inspect and fix by the end of October. Thank you to the unit owners that have complied.
During a recent engineer’s inspection, it was noted that some owners have not complied with this request. Those that have not rectified this issue should immediately hire a licensed and insured electrician to put this work in order and forward a certificate of completion and copy of permit to Bespoke Management.
Non-compliance with this request directly impacts the completion of our 40-year recertification required by the City of Plantation. Late submission of the 40-year recertification could result in a municipal lien on the property by the City of Plantation and imposing hefty daily fines until all work is completed. A lien will affect obtaining a clear title to sell or purchase in our community.

REMINDER OF WHAT EVERY HOMEOWNER NEEDS TO DO AT THE OUTSIDE OF THEIR UNITS BY THE DEADLINE:
1. Check that your exterior electrical box is not corroded and that all wires are in good condition.
2. Check that there is no vegetation growing near or on the electrical equipment.
3. Check that there is clear access to the electrical equipment, nothing stored next to these electrical panels (e.g. hoses, ladders, bikes and other equipment.)
4. Check if electrical box opens and closes smoothly. If not, repair. If box is corroded, clean and paint it.
5. Check that exterior outlets are GFCI exterior rated. If not
