Special Assessment Payoff reminder
March 1, 2024
As indicated in the 2018, 2022, and 2023 special assessment meeting notices, the special assessments each allowed an option to be paid up front or via amortization schedule. For those of you who chose the amortization option, our loan terms allow re-amortization twice per year. The next option to pay off the special assessment will be March 2024. You will still need to make your regular March 1st payment and then need to submit the remaining balance by March 31, 2024.
Please email lisa@bespokemgmt.com if you would like more information on payoff amounts to pay off the special assessment for your unit. The information will also be accessible via the portal log in.

Tree and Roof Maintenance
We shall be carrying out routine maintenance to the Palm Trees and Roofs between Monday 5th and Wednesday 7th February 2024.
All Palm Trees are to have seeds and dead leaves removed.
The roofs are going to be inspected, washed and then treated with an anti fungicide.
Please cooperate if you are requested to move cars or other personal items to allow access of machinery.

Rodent Boxes
January 8th 2024
Rodent Bait Boxes Installation
We have recently had signs of rodent activity in various parts of the community. On Thursday January 11th our pest control contractor, Northwest, will be installing rodent bait boxes in order to address this problem.
Please do not disturb or remove these boxes. They will be on the common element outside units for easy access in order to replenish the bait periodically.

There are some changes to the dates for pressure washing and painting as follows:
Building 3:
Pressure washing 3rd August.
Covering windows 4th August.
Priming and Painting 5th – 8th August.
Items that are not removed maybe removed by the contractors, and individuals will be charged for this. Our contractors are not responsible for any damage or breakages.
Please remember to leave patio screen doors open.
Please ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work area at all times.
The buildings will be worked on in numerical order.
Once this work is nearing completion we will issue another notice with information regarding preserving the concrete and stucco work, so that it will not become damaged.

Bulk Pick Up
Dear Residents,
Notices for bulk pick up scheduled for June 14th have been posted and placed on doors.
We ask that you place acceptable bulk trash BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP DATE to make sure we don’t miss the pick-up.
You can place your items in the designated areas between Saturday 06/10 through Tuesday 06/13.
