Please be advised that the Board of Directors will be adopting the budget for the forthcoming year for the expenses of the Association, and pursuant thereto, the determination of the annual assessments against all Village Townhouses-Jacaranda unit owners.
On the following pages please find a copy of the Proposed Budget for January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 for your review. The meeting will be held:

INSTRUCTION FOR THE MEMBERS:
If you are unable to attend this Meeting of the Members, please complete the enclosed Proxy so that a quorum can be obtained and your vote to fully fund or waive reserves may be cast. Please make sure the proxy is returned to management or the secretary of the Association no later than November 21, 2019 for the proxy to be valid.
A copy of this notice of special meeting of the members has been mailed to each of the members of the Association and posted in a conspicuous place on the property.
