Gutter Installation
During the next four weeks, new gutters and downspouts will be installed in Section 1 (Units 581-653) and Section 2 (Units 529-579).
Work will occur between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Units that have a front balcony, please ensure balconies are clear to prevent damage to plants / furniture and allow access of workers with ladders.
There may be dust and debris.
This may require cars to be moved at times to allow equipment access. The vendor will try to keep the disruption to a minimum.

Gutters require cleaning on a regular basis. Based on the lack of maintaining anything in our community, I don’t expect gutters will be serviced.
The black olive and oak trees in our community drop large amounts of leaves, sap and seeds in an ongoing cycle. It may only take one or two seasons to fill & restrict water from draining in the gutters.
At that point they will be useless and the water will collect and flow over the edges. Looking at the list of things that need attention it seems adding gutters is a reckless use of our money. In my opinion.
The gutter installation does include a plan to maintain the gutters. Also, please note that the gutter installation was required by the association’s insurance company. Thank you.
