As you likely noticed that work has started on this building. It is going to be a restaurant owned by Maple & Cream. Board Members spoke with the Site Manager to get more information on the status of the project.
The contractors have fenced off the access at the back of building 12 for safety and this should be there for approximately 6 months.
While they are demolishing and rebuilding they are leaving the existing wooden fence which is in bad shape.
The board has asked the site manager to provide the plan for a boundary demarcation once work is completed. He is meeting with the owner and will provide as soon as he can.
The restaurant is scheduled to open early February 2022.
Meanwhile, there are large trucks accessing the site via NW 3rd Street and parking on our access road. Please drive with caution during working hours.
